1.  Open the latest version of the Bitwyre app on your device, and enter your account login information

2. When you are asked to enter 2FA code, tap the blue highlighted text " Enter your 2FA code" to begin the process to reset your 2FA security system

3. Read the withdrawal restriction notice and tap "Confirm"

4. Read the text popped-up on the screen and tap "Ok, I understand"

5. Insert the email verification code that you can find in your email inbox, and tap “Submit”

6. Your 2FA authentication system has been reset.

Note: Withdrawal will be suspended automatically for 24 hours as a security measure. If you did not authorized this change, please contact us immediately.
